What Does 2024 Hold For FindAUniversity?

It’s hard to believe that we’re already over a month into 2024! We’ve been hard at work getting our plans off the ground for the year ahead, from smashing another events season to delivering exciting new product/service improvements for our clients.

Here’s a look at what lies ahead in the upcoming year.

What we’re excited about for 2024

We asked members of various teams across FAU what they’re looking forward to most in 2024. Here’s what they said:

One thing we are really excited about for 2024 are the big improvements we’re currently implementing to our internal campaign reporting system, which we began last year with our move to GA4 to track user activity. When complete, you will be able to see how a campaign performed over a certain period of time, see the total performance of all of your adverts at once, as well as comparing your adverts to our website traffic in a visual activity ‘funnel’.

It’s going to be a busy year for the Events Team! We’re particularly excited to host Postgrad LIVE Manchester for the first time since launching the events back in 2014, and to introduce the new ‘Best Postgraduate Project or Campaign’ category to our Postgrad Awards!

– Eva Vichova, Head of Events

For Team International, the Account Managers are focusing on becoming experts in our key countries. As a team, we’re working strategically with the wider company to get FAU further out there in the international market with a push behind PhD!

– Somaia Hoyle, International Sales Manager

In 2024 my ambition is to grow and develop the Commercial Marketing function and embed seamlessly with the Commercial Sales team. I am excited to meet and network with lots of university colleagues at our Postgrad LIVE study fairs and Postgraduate Marketing Conferences. I am also keen to collaborate with colleagues from UniQuest and Keystone Education Group as we share best practices and collective learnings.

We’ve had some changes in the team and we’re really excited for the new focus. Going forward into 2024, our newly named Student Engagement Team is championing postgraduate study and our audience! We’re excited to be thinking of new and innovative ways to deliver content, events and campaigns so keep your eyes peeled on our social channels for updates across the year!

The team are looking forward to once again attending BrightonSEO in April, listening to a bunch of great talks and speakers (as well as giving our SEO Executive Morgan the chance to represent FAU at karaoke!). In data, we are looking forward to another exciting year of developments in AI, giving us the opportunity to build cutting-edge new products for customers and students.

We’re looking forward to getting our teeth into a stack of new technologies, building upon our existing knowledge, and working alongside our colleagues across the KEG group.
